Account details: your email address, display name, optional avatar and language preference. If you sign in with Google we receive your name and email from Google.
Your catalogue: items, categories, locations, notes, tags, prices and dates you enter, and the photos you upload of your belongings.
Activity: a log of who added, edited or moved items in a Space, so members can see the history.
Basic usage information: anonymous product analytics (for example, which screens are used) and error reports that help us fix problems.
To run the app: store your catalogue, show it to you and to the people you share with, enforce plan limits, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data, we do not show advertising, and we do not use your photos to train AI models or for marketing.
Your data and photos are stored with our cloud hosting provider (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase infrastructure). Photos are kept in private storage and are only shown through short-lived, signed links. Access to every Space is protected by strict rules so members of one Space cannot see another Space's data. Data may be processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards.
Members of a Space you belong to can see its contents, according to their role. Items and categories you mark “Private / Only me” are visible only to you. People you share a category, location or item with can see just that content. Anyone with a public item link can view that one item until the link expires or is turned off.
We may disclose data if required by law, or to protect the safety of users.
Photos of valuables can reveal what you own and where it is kept. Think before sharing public links, and avoid uploading photos of other people without their consent.
We keep your data while your account is active. Items you delete go to Trash and can be restored until you empty it. When you delete your account, your data is removed as described on the Account & Data Deletion page.
You can view and edit your data in the app, export your items as CSV, and delete items, Spaces or your whole account. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or object to processing of your data — contact us through the support address in the app.
MyCollection is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) without a parent or guardian's supervision.
We will update this policy when our practices change and will notify you of significant changes in the app or by email.
